EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BOOKING YOUR SESSION
BOOKING YOUR SESSION:
We are usually booked 3-4 months in advance so it’s never too early to reach out about availability! You will want to make your photo session date at least a month before you will need your images or finished products.
A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer payment is required to secure your session. Your session date is NOT reserved or confirmed until we receive your signed contract AND retainer payment in full.
SESSION PRICING:
A non-refundable Session Retainer of $200+tax is required to secure your session date and time. This does not include any images or products.
All images and products are sold separately from this retainer payment. Albums, Wall Art, Digital Image Downloads and other items are available.
Most clients invest between $800-$3,750 in their images and products.
This is a memorable experience for many of my clients, and one they plan out months in advance.

YOUR PRIVACY:
We take your privacy very seriously. All images shown by Brown Lotus Photography are posted with the client's permission. You have three options to choose from - Full Disclosure Release, Partial Disclosure Release, or Non-Disclosure Release. More detailed information about each disclosure release can be found here.
WHAT TO BRING:
Only outfits that you love and make you absolutely comfortable. Depending on the session package you select, you'll have time for THREE different outfits + an optional nude or ”in the sheets” set. Your boudoir session is only as revealing as you choose to be. There is never any pressure to shoot in anything but what you are comfortable in and feel most beautiful wearing!
YOUR PHOTO SHOOT EXPERIENCE:
Once your photo shoot begins, the pressure is completely off of you - it is MY job to make you look your absolute best and create stunning images! I will coach you throughout the whole shoot with poses, lighting, and angles that flatter your body and allow your confidence to shine through.
RESOURCES TO HELP PREPARE:
We've created a set of resources to prepare you and ease your pre-shoot jitters! Once your booking is confirmed you'll be sent information with ideas for what to bring, how to prepare, and things to consider to make the most of your session!
OUR STUDIO:
Sessions take place at my residential Studio in San Antonio, TX (close to Sea World). It has all the right elements to create beautiful images - natural lighting, satin sheets, faux fur, soft throws and pillows. Exact address information will be provided the week of your shoot, along with last minute tips to keep in mind before your session!
AFTER YOUR PHOTO SHOOT - IMAGES & PRODUCTS:
All products and images are purchased separately from your session fee. Albums, Wall Art, and other products can be purchased directly from our online store. Digital Image Downloads are included with your selected Lotus Packages but also available for purchase individually from our online store as well.
