WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?


Some photographers have set travel fees. Lucky for you, I don’t. I have you pay for the bare minimum (flight, luggage fee, transportation, hotel stay, and hotel parking fee, if applicable). Anything else, like food and gas, is on me! 



The process is pretty straight-forward and will consist of me booking:

   

   - My flight (Delta Airlines preferred)

   - Hotel, Airbnb, or Vrbo

   - Rental car or Turo


When booking Air Travel, I will always look for early morning departures and non-stop travel. Layovers will be minimized as much as possible. All bookings will include travel insurance to ensure there are no penalties or additional costs associated with flight changes due to inclement weather, cancellations, or emergencies.


When booking hotel accommodations, the vision of the customer and budget will always influence whether I stay in a hotel, Air BnB, or VRBO. Air BnB and VRBO offers more shooting variety due to the ability to book an entire home, apartment, or townhome and use all rooms, spaces, and amenities in complete privacy and sometimes seclusion . Availability will always influence dates to book. I recommend booking a minimum of 3 months prior to session.


When booking rental car accommodations, transportation in a new city, state, and country is a necessary convenience. I will look specifically at compact or mid-size vehicles to minimize costs as much as possible as long as it can accommodate my equipment. Insurance will be an additional purchase and will be reflected on the booking for complete transparency.


Once all accommodations have been booked, I will send all confirmation information for complete transparency of actual costs so you don’t have any surprise expenses.


An invoice for the total amount of travel bookings will be sent for advance payment prior to the actual session date to ensure a seamless travel experience.


Costs of travel will NOT be added to your package price, no exceptions!
